Mechanical and Electrical background with experience in metal structure maintenance.  Good health and ability to safely climb towers for maintenance of towers and lighting, experience with lifting and moving heavy objects with lifting equipment.  Must work effectively on own initiative and with other team members and have the ability to follow a planned course of action on projects with a strong respect for safety procedures in a high power RF environment. Maintain antenna towers, studio site and missionary homes. Skills should include painting, roofing, knowledge of air conditioning systems, mechanical, auto/diesel, electrical.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of tower structures and support systems, knowledge of standard rigging practices and metal structure maintenance. Participate in the maintenance team in a manner that contributes to a work culture of servanthood and teamwork in which each individual is a valued member of a focused and motivated team.
